4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Late Payments: In the event of a late payment, a late fee may be applied.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property
- Ensuring that the work area is safe and free from hazards
- Disclosing any known issues that may affect service delivery
7. Liability Limitation
While we strive to provide excellent services, Gardener Hammersmith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We indemnify our clients against any claims resulting from our negligence or misconduct.
8. Use of Subcontractors
We may employ subcontractors to perform certain services. All subcontractors are bound by the same terms and conditions.

Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Termination does not affect our rights to seek further legal remedies.

All content provided by Gardener Hammersmith, including text, images, and designs, is the property of the company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardener Hammersmith regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.

18. Assignment
Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
